What do I do if I have been billed incorrectly?

If you believe we have incorrectly billed you, please submit a support ticket to us via your site or through our home page. To submit a ticket via your site, click on "Help & Support" and scroll down to "Ask a Question to Support." Click on the "Billing & Account Cancellation" link and then enter your question after that. Make sure to include your invoice number if applicable. You can find the invoice number if you click on "Tools" -> "Invoices."
