<p>To setup a discount code for your site, follow the instructions below: </p> <ol> <li>Click the <strong>'Edit Store'</strong> tab -> <strong>'Shopping Cart'</strong> -> <strong>'Discount Codes'</strong>. </li> <li>Enter the code for the discount, and the Value, based on $ or %, then save the Discount Code.</li> </ol> <p>To redeem a discount code, your customers will enter the code name during the checkout process. The order total will be reduced automatically based on the value of the discount code you have applied. </p> <p><strong>NOTE: </strong>Each discount code must have a unique name. Even if a discount code has been deleted, you may not use the same discount code name again. However, you can restore a discount code that is expired. To do so, follow step 1 above, then click <strong>'Restore' </strong>beside the code you want to reinstate.</p>
